TotalTKD is an independent member of ITF England. The Institute has been established since 1994 and currently consists of 6 Instructors with over 400 students and over 30 black belts. The objective of our work is to give students the opportunity and guidance to learn authentic ITF Taekwon-Do. Mr. Symonds, the institute's founder is currently a 6th degree Black belt International instructor and Examiner.

Taekwon-Do is the most practiced martial art in the world offering a great way to keep in shape physically and mentally, while learning how to defend yourself.
