Nick Symonds Institute of Tae Kwon-Do currently consists of 5 Schools and over 300 students. The objective our work is to give students of all levels the chance to fulfill their goal of becoming a Tae Kwon-Do Black belt.
Nick Symonds has practiced Tae Kwon-Do since 1989 and gained 1st degree in 1993 under the instruction of Master Nardizzi, he was selected by Master John Taylor to represent Great Britain at the 1995 European Championships winning his first European Championship Bronze. Nick went on to win more than 20 International medals and Captain the England ITF Team from 1997-2006 under Master Gary Miller, Mr Andrew Whitley 6th degree and Mr Thomas Denis 6th degree. Competing in a total of 10 European Championships 2 European Cups and 2 World Championships. The highlights of his competition career was becoming European Team Cup Champions in 1996, European Individual Patterns Champion in 2001, European Team Patterns Champion in 2005 and World Team Power Champions in 2005. Nick is currently the Technical Director for ITF England, a member of the Technical Committee for Ellis Tae Kwon -Do Association and a Team coach for the ITF England Team.
