The Institute has been established since 1994 and currently consists of 5 Schools with over 300 students and over 30 black belts. The objective of our work is to give students the opportunity and guidance to become an ITF Taekwon-Do Black belt. Mr. Symonds, the institute's founder is currently a 6th degree Black belt holder, International Instructor and an Examiner at the ITF Tae Kwon-Do Federation.

Taekwon-Do is the most practiced martial art in the world offering a great way to keep in shape physically and mentally, while learning how to defend yourself.

We now take bookings for personal training, where you benefit from expert one-to-one sessions.
